Leighann Lovely is the Founder of Love Your Sales, a strategic sales company. She’s passionate about giving businesses a clear path to success.
Before launching her business, Leighann spent nearly two decades in Human Resources, dedicated to helping people grow in their professional careers. But as the early 2000s took a toll on the economy and corporate HR departments never fully recovered, she knew it was time to find a new way to make an impact.
Over 15 years ago, Leighann made a bold shift to sales—and found herself uniquely positioned at the intersection of HR and sales, selling products that directly supported HR departments. It was the perfect marriage of her two passions.
She finally found her voice through her podcast, Let’s Talk HR – Humanizing the Conversation, where she openly shares her lifelong journey with bipolar disorder and advocates for mental health conversations in the workplace. Her mission: to help people step into their whole selves so they can be truly successful.
In January 2023, Leighann took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship. A year later, she launched the Love Your Sales podcast, addressing the gap she saw for small to large companies ready to grow and scale.
