About Us

Leighann Lovely is the Founder of Love Your Sales a sales and marketing company, offering everything a small to mid-sized business needs to launch their sales. From coaching, training, tools, and hiring the right people, she focuses on ensuring businesses have a clear path to success. 

Before launching her business Leighann had a career in Human Resources that started nearly 2 decades ago, hoping to help people grow in their professional careers. However, as the early 2000’s took a toll on the economy, corporate HR departments never recovered and she found herself looking for a new way to impact the world. 

Leighann made a shift to sales over 10 years ago and found herself marrying the two disciplines together by selling products that directly assisted HR departments. Finally finding her voice through her podcast Let’s Talk HR – Humanizing the Conversation, where she talks about her lifelong struggle with bio-polar and the need to talk about in the workplace to allow people to step into their whole self to be truly successful. 

In January of 2023 came the rise of her journey into Entrepreneurship followed a year later by the Love Your Sales podcast, as she saw the gap for the small to mid-sized companies looking to grow and scale.

She was awarded the Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2023. Has won the President's awards multiple times in her career for closed business. Was nominated by her peers for Networker of the Year in 2021, and Small Business of the Year in 2023.
